Our mission
(or “Why do we want to do it?”)
01.
The main purpose of the expedition is to raise funds and donations for the “Little People Association” in Romania and to inspire young generations to get involved as volunteers in one of their many projects.
The mission of Little People is to improve the quality of life for children and young people with cancer.
The Little People Association was founded in 1996 in Cluj-Napoca, from the desire to offer child and teenage cancer patients the support each one of them needs.
Today, the Association provides the field of paediatric oncology from Romania and the Republic of Moldova with a whole range of high-quality services:
- daily psychosocial support programs for patients
- material support for the hospital wards through playroom renovation projects
- donations of medical equipment and acquisition of hard-to-find medicine
- complex events for the young cancer survivors

Help the little ones!
02.
The second goal of the mission is to promote a sporty & healthy lifestyle on a environment-friendly mobile and to inspire young generations to practice both individual and team sports such as cycling or football.
03.
The third objective of the expedition is to deliver football fans and football community a small authentical bite of history and interesting stories from clubs across the world, seen and heard from different angles than social media and TV, combined with local social, cultural and gastronomical habits.

Adventurer background
Adrian is a former football player that spent his youth at Dinamo Bucharest before moving and playing for some other clubs including Ullern IF in Norway.
After retiring due an injury, Adrian went to study Sports Management and started his career as an agent working with some of the biggest clubs in the world and becoming, in 2004, the youngest player agent in the world at the age of 21.
With an extensive experience in customers service, travel & hospitality fields Adrian is now driving with big success the historical Phillipshaugen Lodge hidden between the Norwegian fjords, after he spent some time travelling and working as a sporting director for a few clubs in Europe in the pandemic times. He is also holding UEFA C Coaching License as well as other rewards in football scouting & talent identification.
He has written two books and hopefully a third one will be written after this expedition.
Adrian will use all his football contacts in his journey and hopefully he will be welcome to step in behind the scenes at the clubs he will visit during his expedition to share with our audience some amazing experiences.
